Menu Test Photos.

As the first tasting event coming up next week. 10/19/2011, we've been testing out some of the menu items.

So far we've bought a panini grill (which we don't recommend anybody using regularly at home... killer light bill), Vita Prep, Sous Vied machine, etc.

Here are some of the menu items we've tried so far:

24 hr Braised Short Ribs Sliders.

Quiche with mushroom, kale, Pt. Reyes blue cheese.

Rosemary Muffin.

Peanut Butter & Corn Flakes Cookies.

"Candy Wrappe Bruschetta" with basil pesto, fresh tomatoes, mozarrella

Panini with Sous Vied chicken and basil pesto.

Flops so far:
Strawberry & cream cheese muffin: too much water and it didn't rise...

But so far, so good! All hopes up!
